  • Our pricing structure includes the 10% Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax), already factored into the final price. For prints, which are produced locally in Australia, there are no additional international customs or taxes to consider.

However, since the majority of our original artwork originates from Europe, buyers should be aware that they may be responsible for any applicable taxes and customs duties upon receiving their purchase. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We advise reaching out to the customs department for further details on potential taxes and duties associated with your purchase.

  • If damage occurred during delivery, the delivery person handling your painting or print must issue a statement acknowledging the damage. Please send us an email with a copy of that statement and pictures of the damage so that we can find a solution. A refund will only be issued if the damage caused by the courier is irreparable. If the damage is fixable, we will handle the fixing process.

  • Returns for change of mind are not accepted. Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases.
