About the Artist

After beginning her career in finance, Leah returned to art following the birth of her first child, spending the next decade studying visual arts while balancing family life and her profession as an accountant. Painting became both a creative outlet and a way to explore the evolving roles women navigate throughout their lives.

Since her first solo exhibition in 2012, Leah has exhibited widely and has been shortlisted for several prestigious Australian art prizes. Through expressive figurative works, she invites viewers to reflect on resilience, vulnerability and the complexity of contemporary womanhood.
